We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or for activities that threaten the security, integrity, or availability of the platform. We reserve the right to refuse or remove content or listings that do not meet our partner and safety standards, including content that violates applicable laws or advertising platform policies. When using interactive features, you agree to follow community guidance and any event-specific rules provided by organizers. Repeated abusive behavior or attempts to circumvent moderation may result in permanent removal from the platform.
2. User Conduct and Content
Users and partners may contribute content, such as player reviews, event submissions, or developer-provided listings. You are responsible for the content you submit and must ensure it is lawful, accurate, and does not infringe intellectual property or privacy rights. Prohibited content includes hate speech, explicit adult material, illegal content, or gambling that is not compliant with local regulations. We moderate submissions according to our policies and may remove or edit content that conflicts with platform standards. When you post content you grant Maple Game Hub a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote that content in connection with the service. You remain responsible for obtaining any necessary rights and consents for posted material, including music or third-party media. 3. Listings, Partnerships, and Advertising
Third-party developers and publishers may submit titles, event details, and promotional materials for listing on our site. Partners must provide accurate metadata, clear support contacts, privacy links, and content ratings where applicable. Promotional content and advertising must comply with platform advert policies and all applicable Canadian laws. Maple Game Hub does not guarantee placement, ranking, or advertising performance unless specified in a separate contract. We may display partner assets and track engagement metrics to improve recommendations and measure campaign outcomes. Partners are responsible for their advertising creatives and must avoid misleading claims. For transactional flows involving third-party providers, payment and billing are handled by the partner or their payment processor, and Maple Game Hub does not store full payment credentials. Any sponsored content will be clearly disclosed to users in accordance with advertising transparency principles. Failure by a partner to meet obligations may result in suspension or removal of listings and termination of partnership agreements.
4. Disclaimers, Liability, and Indemnity
The services are provided as is. Maple Game Hub strives for accuracy and uptime, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. We disclaim liability for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, loss of data, or third-party actions, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our total liability in any claim will not exceed amounts paid to Maple Game Hub in the prior twelve months for the relevant service, or one hundred Canadian dollars if no payment was made. You agree to indemnify and hold Maple Game Hub harmless from claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these terms, your content, or your misuse of the platform. This section does not attempt to exclude liability that cannot be limited by applicable law. Users are encouraged to secure personal data and to follow recommended safety practices when participating in events or sharing account information with others.
5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. If a dispute arises, parties should first attempt to resolve it through informal negotiation by contacting our support or privacy teams. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to the appropriate courts in Toronto, Ontario, unless mandatory law requires a different venue. For consumer users, certain statutory rights may apply and cannot be excluded by agreement. Both parties agree to act reasonably and fairly when resolving disagreements and to consider mediation before pursuing formal litigation.
